Apology and Rewards for Service Issues

First of all, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused while using the game.
Please see below for the details regarding the situation and how it was addressed.

■ Situation

(KST) At 5:00 AM on July 24, 2025, a pass-related error occurred, making it impossible to log in to the game.
(KST) At 8:19 AM on July 24, 2025, the login issue was resolved.
(KST) At 8:25 AM on July 24, 2025, it was discovered that attendance rewards were granted multiple times according to the number of login attempts during the outage, and an emergency maintenance began.
(KST) At 10:34 AM on July 24, 2025, all additional attendance rewards were retrieved and the maintenance was completed.

■ Action Taken

Issue Period:
From 5:00 AM to 8:25 AM on July 24, 2025 (KST)
All additional attendance reward mails granted during the issue period, other than the originally intended rewards, have been retrieved.
Any rewards that had already been claimed prior to the retrieval were also fully reclaimed.

■ Compensation

Normal Booster Ticket x5 (You can claim the compensation until 11:59 PM (KST) on July 31, 2025.)
Compensation will be sent to your mailbox.
We sincerely apologize once again for the concern and inconvenience this issue has caused.
We will do our utmost to prevent similar issues from recurring by conducting even more thorough inspections and verification going forward.
