Part Selection Box Issue Notice

Hello, this is synchrok, PD of Axis Blade.
An issue was reported with the 5★ Part Selection Box where players were receiving all parts instead of just one. After investigation, we confirmed that this bug affected all "Selection Box"‑type items.
We deployed a zero‑downtime server patch on the morning of April 21 to fix this issue.
In addition to the 5★ Part Selection Box, we conducted a full audit of all Selection Box items. Fortunately, the Attribute Frame/Blade Selection Boxes were unaffected, but the same issue was found in the 4★ Part Selection Box.
To ensure fair play, we have reclaimed and compensated only those cases where players received all parts from Part Selection Boxes, as follows:

Calculate and return, via in‑game mail, the part data used, along with Gold, Tuners, and Golden Tuners, and reclaim the parts.
2.
Resend the corresponding Selection Box via mail based on the number of parts reclaimed.
3.
No additional action will be taken for parts that have already been dismantled.
(Affected users: 28 for 5★, 4 for 4★.)
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and will work tirelessly to prevent such issues from recurring.
