How do I request a refund?

You may request a cancellation of your purchase (refund) only if it meets the following conditions:

The item must be fully refundable and returnable in its entirety
※ For package items delivered by mail, refunds are not available once received.
If your purchase qualifies for a refund, please contact us with the following required information:

Date of purchase

Name of the purchased item
4.
Receipt number
※ If you are using an iPhone (iOS), please contact our support team and include a screenshot of your receipt showing the order number.
Important: If you attempt to receive a refund directly through the App Store without contacting our support team, this may be considered abuse of the open market process and could result in account restrictions.
