Undelivered Purchase

After completing a purchase, there may be a short delay before the item is delivered in-game.
In most cases, simply restarting the game will trigger the [Restore Purchase] function automatically, and any undelivered items will be granted.
If the item still hasn’t arrived after restarting, please contact us using the form below:

※ The item will be reissued to the account used to submit the inquiry.
※ If you would prefer a refund instead of reissue, please make sure to write [Refund] in your message.
※ If you are using the App Store on iOS, please include a screenshot of your receipt with the order number when contacting support.
