If you wish to cancel an in-game purchase, you must first contact the Axis Blade customer support team to check whether the cancellation is eligible. The cancellation process should only proceed after confirmation from support—not through your app store.
If you attempt to cancel a payment directly through a platform store such as Google Play or the App Store without confirmation, it may be considered abuse of the store’s open market refund process. In such cases, your account may be automatically restricted in accordance with our operational policy.
To lift this restriction, you must re-purchase Prism items of equal value to the refunded item.
For passes or package deals, please note that the components will be recalculated at their full price, which may result in a higher total cost when re-purchasing.
※ If you have not yet claimed the refunded item from your in-game mailbox, the item can be recovered and the restriction lifted without the need for repayment.
